Share what you’ve lived so your voice can help inspire understanding, healing, and change.
Submit Your Experience
Need help getting started? Try one of these prompts:
A moment during pregnancy, birth, or postpartum that shaped you
A time when you felt heard — or unheard — in a healthcare setting
An experience that made you feel strong, supported, or seen
A challenge you faced navigating systems or services
A memory that still sits with you today
What you wish decision-makers understood about your experiences
You decide the depth, tone, and focus.
Your Voice, Your Rights
Before you share, please know:
Your experience is yours.
You choose what to share, how to share it, and whether we may use it publicly.
You can request to revise or withdraw it at any time.
Your submission helps build a collective narrative—not a case study on you.
We honor your dignity, your boundaries, and your ownership of your experience.
Tips to Help You Tell Your Story
Recording a Great Video Clip
Relax and speak naturally — your authentic experience matters most.
Record each answer as its own clip, ideally 30 seconds to 4 minutes.
Use good lighting by facing a window or light source and avoiding cluttered backgrounds.
Reduce background noise and use headphones or AirPods for clearer audio if you can.
Place your camera at eye level and record horizontally for a steady, well-framed shot.
Choose simple clothing in solid colors and save your video as an .mp4 when possible.
Submitting a Strong Write - Up
Be yourself and write in your natural voice—prompts are just guides.
Answer each question separately, giving each experience its own space.
Write in complete thoughts, including part of the question in your response.
Use whatever method works best—typing, voice notes, or text-to-talk.
Take a quiet moment to reflect so you can write openly and clearly.
Focus on the details that mattered to you and review once for clarity without over-editing.
